Having worked for many years as a freelance researcher, writer, and editor, I have decided to set off on a new endeavor, offering my services exclusively through KAEL Consulting. KAEL is the culmination of years of thoughtful contemplation, collaboration, and exploration. My ambition is to establish a high-end consultancy that offers multi-modal research, technical, and developmental support to professionals and organizations of all stripes in the United States and abroad.

Right now, KAEL is a family operation, me, my wife (who is a partner in everything that I do), and my father. While its all in the family for the moment, I hope to build a foundation of something greater in scope that will last and have an impact beyond our tightknit crew. As KAEL grows, we wish spread our ethos of service through work, leaving the individuals and organizations that we partner with feeling both satisfied in the outcome of our collaboration and more optimistic about the future. We are blessed and inspired to do the work that we do. And we intend to pay it forward.

So why consulting? A common refrain of our age is that if you are the smartest person in the room, then you’re in the wrong room. We all benefit from others’ perspectives, experiences, and skills, because no one can be an expert of everything all at once. Seeking support from outsiders is not an admission of weakness, only a recognition of the limits of our own time, resources, and experience. And as an expert in your field, reap the rewards of other smart people in the room. Let’s raise the IQ in your room and take things to the next level.
